POBOY’S AND POETS THIS SATURDAY Sept. 27th, 730-10PM. Open mic follows a double header feature/hosted by Black Atticus & Dj Slymm. POBOY’S & POETS, a monthly event, is scheduled on the same day as a large number of 100 Thousand Poets for Change global events around the planet.
Knoxville TN 100 Thousand Poets for Change Organizer, Aisha Brown will participate in POBOY’S & POETS Open Mic and also handout info to begin organizing a major 2015 poetry event for the Greater Knoxville Community. 100 Thousand Poets for Change links/highlights annual global events where “poets, musicians, and artists around the world demonstrate/celebrate to promote peace and sustainability and call for serious social, environmental and political change.”
