It’s September again, the month of new beginnings for us in the south. We are having our usual monthly poetry session on the last Sunday of the month, but we would like to link up with 100 000 poets for change again and once again spread the love and passion into the universe at large. Our theme this month is ‘Borders’ so we will be using the concept to productively and creatively make change starting with poems that come out of our souls!
Borders: where do we end? Where does the other begin? This month we are crossing borders. Making boundaries in order to break them. In collaboration with 100 000 Poets for Peace, Justice and Sustainability, we are participating in a global consciousness experiment, expanding our minds to transform body, mind and spirit for a better world. Starting with words. Jozi House of Poetry is an open session for poets of all levels and persuasions. Bring your passion and bask in the legendary Freedom Station creative vibe.
