100 THOUSAND POETS FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

A block party in the heart of FAT Village arts district for social awareness and action. In this time of terrorism and prejudice, gay pride and climate change, black lives matter and economic difficulty, come interact with artists of all genres and media to explore questions and solutions to world problems. Allow the arts to open and heal our world.  This international annual event of social action is taking place in venues around the world through the power of the arts100thousandpoetsforchange.org Be a part of the action… ! WHEN: Saturday, September 24 3:00-4:00  An interactive event where participants co-create with artists and poets representing social causes in the community. Food and drink accompany your hands on experience. Tickets: $15 4:00-6:00 A evening of performance with visual theater, singer/songwriters, poets and a loving challenge.  Food, drink and a bag with fun stuff and ways to stay involved after the event accompanies your experience.
