RIVER POEMS, SCIENCE AND SONGS Join poet Liz Zetlin and Ministry of Natural Resources biologist Lloyd Mohr at the Sydenham River Mill Dam in Owen Sound, Ontario at 7:00 pm,
Sunday, September 22. As the salmon run upstream, Liz will read river inspired poems and Lloyd will share his scientific knowledge. OSSIA Choir members will perform songs honouring the river. This walk celebrates our watershed and the global events: 100 Thousand Poets for Change and the UN year of water cooperation. Rain or shine. A Words Aloud Spoken Word Festival event.
