100 Thousand Poets for Change is a global movement with various local events being held around the world within a period of a week. The Mumbai Edition, this year, will be held at the Dosti House, the library premises of the US Consulate in Mumbai. This year, the global sub-theme to the movement is reading a poem to a child. The Mumbai Edition will focus on the literary and communication aspect of poetry, especially its effects on children in the panel discussions and will end with an Open Mic where poets will come forth to express their perspective on change and children.

We request the attendees to come to the venue by 12 noon as the security is strict and takes time to process each person.

Rules for entry to the Consulate premises:
1) No admission without original and valid photo-ID.
2) Cameras, memory storage devices, laptops, tablets, and other electronic equipment are not allowed. You may carry a mobile phone with Bluetooth turned off.
3) Photography in and around the Consulate is strictly prohibited.

Entry Free. Register here: goo.gl/forms/Xq23rlPbloMVe2E52
